How I research and verify
Every price, plan limit and policy on this site comes from one facts file, checked against HighLevel’s official pricing page, pricing guide and affiliate terms. Each fact carries a source link and a last-verified date, currently Oct 20, 2026. Pages read from that file when the site is built, so numbers never contradict each other.
On this page
Where do the facts come from?
Only official HighLevel pages. The sources currently in use:
| Source | Link |
|---|---|
| pricing | www.gohighlevel.com/pricing |
| pricing guide | help.gohighlevel.com/en/support/solutions/articles/155000001156-highlevel-pricing-guide |
| affiliate agreement | www.gohighlevel.com/affiliate-policy |
| affiliate policies | www.gohighlevel.com/affiliate-policy/program-rules |
| affiliate help | help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/48000980325-become-a-highlevel-affiliate |
| bootcamp | www.gohighlevel.com/highlevel-bootcamp |
Where two official pages disagree, I publish only what both support. For example, the pricing page and pricing guide describe the dedicated email IP add-on slightly differently, so I state the price only and skip the disputed detail.
How are prices kept current?
- Every number lives in one facts file with its source URL and the date it was last checked.
- Pages never type a price by hand. They pull it from the facts file when the site is built.
- Before each batch of new pages, the official pages are re-checked. If something changed, the facts file is updated and every page updates with it.
- Anything I couldn’t confirm on an official page is left out, or labeled “not published.”
How do comparisons work?
Comparisons use the same criteria every time: the price you’d actually pay, what each tool replaces, learning curve, fit by business type, and limits or gaps. Competitor facts come from the competitor’s own official pages, with dates. A row only appears when both sides have a verified value; otherwise it says “not published.” I never rank tools by commission. See the comparisons hub.
What do I never do?
- Never claim to have tested something I haven’t.
- Never publish star ratings, scores, testimonials or reviews I didn’t write from real use.
- Never use HighLevel’s marketing screenshots as if they were mine.
- Never make income claims or present HighLevel as a “business in a box.”
- Never offer coupons, bonuses or incentives for using my link.
How is AI used?
I use AI tools to help gather sources, organize research and draft pages. AI doesn’t decide facts: every number is checked against the official source and stored with its date, and pages are reviewed before publishing. If you spot an error, tell me and I’ll fix it.
